HVAC Service and Maintenance Sales

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to promote and sell our HVAC service and maintenance agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, strong sales acumen, and a passion for helping customers find cost-effective solutions to maintain their comfort and equipment performance. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for HVAC service and maintenance contracts • Build relationships with commercial and industrial customers • Conduct site visits, equipment inspections, and customer consultations • Prepare and present maintenance plan proposals tailored to customer needs • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Follow up with leads, referrals, and existing customer base • Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools • Collaborate with service technicians to assess customer needs and system condition Qualifications: • Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC, building services, or related industry • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and terminology (training available) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus) Benefits: • Competitive base salary + commission • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match (coming soon) • Paid time off and holidays • Ongoing training and career development opportunities • Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • Peoria, AZ 85345 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Peoria, AZ 85345: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
