HVAC Service Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The technician will work in various settings, including residential and commercial environments, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC equipment. Duties • Maintain and repair HVAC systems. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. • Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding HVAC systems. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while working in the field. Requirements Skills • Proficient in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair. • Experience with equipment repair related to heating and cooling systems. • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. • Strong field service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company van for travel to job sites. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Salary Description $20-$50 / hour
