What You’ll Do: • Diagnose, repair, and maintainall types of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air quality systems. • Provideexceptional customer service, educating homeowners about their system’s performance and potential upgrades. • Perform thorough system inspections to prevent future issues and ensure optimal efficiency. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, presenting repair and replacement options when necessary. • Maintain accurate records of services performed, customer discussions, and equipment conditions. • Follow allsafety guidelines, company policies, and industry best practices. • Worksome on-call shiftsas part of a rotating schedule. • Upsell products and services to qualified customers • Represent Everest Air LLC with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity at all times. What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of HVAC service experience(residential and light commercial) • Located in the East Valley(or willing to commute) • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Acustomer-first mindset—we pride ourselves on ourstellar Google reviewsand want techs who contribute to that reputation. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Spanish speaking preferred but not required. • Ability towork in all conditions, including attics, crawl spaces, and extreme temperatures. • EPA certification required;NATE certification preferred.
