• You are a professional residential HVAC service pro with a minimum of 1-2 years of running diagnostic & repair calls
• You love serving your customers and care about producing positive outcomes with your technical and communication skills

Our Expectations
• Start everyday on time, ready to work and have a successful day
• Run multiple diagnostic, part replacement, maintenance and go-back calls on your schedule
• Arrive at homes looking like a pro, provide homeowner a great experience before, during, and after the call
• Communicate via phone/email with dispatchers, managers, and customers on ETA’s, call results, part ordering and other important information
• Maintain a well-organized van that is correctly stocked to serve our customers
• Communicate the value of preventive maintenance to customers earning new and renewing maintenance club members
• Run disciplined, safe, clean, and efficient calls keeping yourself and homeowners safe while earning results
• Participate in compensated on-call rotation
• Engage in continuing education, trainings, and belief that we all can get a little better everyday
• Be an overall positive leader living our values and successfully executing the mission
• Protect the customer, protect the company and protect your follow team members
Minimum Skills:
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential HVAC Systems included Furnaces, AC’s Heat Pumps and Mini-Splits
• EPA universal refrigerant handling license
• Skilled in refrigerant service
• Ability to use power tools, hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean driving record to drive company vehicle
• Excellent customer/team communication skills
• Intermediate computer, phone and paperwork skills
Advanced Skills and Certifications Preferred:
• 06A/B Certification
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential air cooled generators, tankless water heaters, fireplaces and/or boilers
• NATE Core certification and specialty certifications
• Completion of HVAC specialty training program
Physical Requirements:
• 75% or more of day spent standing, walking, crawling, crouching, stooping, kneeling, lifting and operating tools.
• Ability to lift 75-100 or more pounds multiple times a day.
• Comfortable working in extreme environmental conditions including but not limited to: Wet and humid weather, extreme cold and heat. Working consistently with power tools, working on a ladder and/or roof, working around electrical power tools, working around particles and fumes. Proper PPE worn at all times.
