HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities: • Repair and maintain HVAC systems in both residential and small commercial environments. • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues, providing prompt and reliable solutions. • Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Accurately document all work performed and materials used. • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices. • Collaborate with management to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. HVAC Service Technician Qualifications: • 3+ years of HVAC experience with a strong technical background. • Valid HVAC experience required. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
