We are seeking an experienced Residential Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: • Skillfully troubleshoot and repair a variety of HVAC systems and equipment. • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems accurately. • Promote and recommend additional services such as indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, and system upgrades to enhance overall system performance and customer satisfaction. • Perform prompt and efficient emergency repairs to maintain system functionality. • Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships and continually understand and meet their needs and expectations. • Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment. • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry advancements. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician. • Advanced knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC principles. • Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service. • Comfortable working in confined spaces, with a focus on safety and quality in all tasks.
