HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliableHVAC Service Technicianto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients. The technician must have strong troubleshooting skills, be customer-service oriented, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards. Hourly + commissionKey Responsibilities: • Install, inspect, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems. • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune-ups. • Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations. • Maintain accurate service records and document repairs and installations. • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system performance, issues, and solutions. • Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently. • Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.Qualifications & Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC certification preferred). • Minimum [X] years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. • EPA certification (Preferred). • Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Excellent communication and customer service skills.Benefits: • Competitive pay based on experience. • Health, dental, and vision insurance. • 401(k) with company match. • Paid time off and holidays. • Company vehicle, tools, and uniform. • Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities.
