Job Responsibilities: As an HVAC Residential Service Technician at AYW Services, you will work directly with homeowners to diagnose HVAC issues and present repair/replacement options. You will advocate for the customer, the business and actively seek out opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will provide each customer a Five Star experience as you deliver service & repair heating, and air-conditioning systems in their homes. In this role, you will be required to: • Perform routine tune-ups, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust while on-site. • Assess the condition of the customer's HVAC system and identify opportunities for upgrades or replacements. • Clearly communicate the benefits of upgrading or adding on to the customer's existing system, setting the stage for a sales conversation. • Schedule appointments with customers for Comfort Advisors to follow up on leads and provide further consultation and sales presentations. • Remain on-site after setting appointments to greet Comfort Advisors upon arrival and assist in facilitating the sales process as a two-person team. • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about available products and services, including pricing and financing options. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service calls, and appointments scheduled. • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through lead generation and customer referrals. Requirements: • HVAC experience required: 3+ years. • Sales experience. • EPA Universal Certification preferred. • You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers. • Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals. • Work to continuously grow your technical skills. • Valid Washington Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record. • Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
