Job Description: We are looking for a self-motivated, result driven individual who focuses heavily on customer satisfaction to join our team! Our team meets with both new and existing customers to assist in the all aspects of their plumbing systems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Help your customer. Ensure the highest level of customer comfort and satisfaction by offering unmatched customer service and always putting the customer’s needs first. Duties • Service, maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems for both commercial and residential customers. Be able to clearly articulate and present all findings and options for solutions to the customer and assist them in the decision making process. • Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer. • Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues. Vehicles should be washed on a regular basis. • Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle and warehouse. Submit any necessary documentation of stock requirements in a timely manner. • Understand company pricing and generate appropriate customer estimates and invoices at job site. Ensure all required documentation (i.e. checklists) are filled out completely and correctly. Electronically process credit card payments. Obtain customer signature at completion of job on invoice and any internal check lists. • Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary. • Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issue is and what is needed to correct. • Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies. • Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services). Other Requirements • Well groomed, neat appearance • Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company • Lift up to 100 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces; work outdoors in various weather conditions including but not limited to rain, snow, heat, and cold. • Observe all company procedures and safety rules • Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. • Minimum 5-year field experience or equivalent is preferred. • Clean driving record • Strong communication skills • Ability to establish rapport and relationships with customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • On call • Overtime Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay Work Location: In person
