Who You Are: • You have at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (not just maintenance) and a proven ability to sell. • You are dependable, punctual, and solutions-driven. • You excel at communicating with customers and making them feel comfortable. • You take pride in your work and can operate independently or as part of a team. • You are customer-oriented and consistently uphold high standards. Key Responsibilities: • Perform maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems. • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues. • Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations. • Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. • Stay current on the latest HVAC technologies and techniques. Non-Negotiable Requirements: • EPA certification and relevant technical qualifications. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call emergencies. • Sales and upselling experience.
