HVAC Service Technician – Job Requirements & Compensation Policy Job Requirements: We are looking for skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. If you take pride in delivering top-notch service, ensuring safety, and providing expert solutions, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do: • Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with every client. • Prioritize safety first in all work activities, following industry best practices. • Conduct comprehensive HVAC system evaluations and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs. • Perform leak tests on pipes and tubing using pressure gauges, leak detection additives, or a soap-and-water solution. • Utilize electrical test equipment to check circuits and components for continuity. • Clearly educate clients about necessary services before beginning any work. • Repair or replace faulty equipment, components, and wiring to restore optimal system performance. • Diagnoses and troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues, verifying that repairs resolve the problem. • Maintain detailed documentation, including accurate notes and photos before, during, and after service. • Collect payments when required. • Ensure every client receives a Five-Star experience during their service visit. • Perform additional tasks assigned.
