Physical Requirements This position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, crouching, and heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs). You must be comfortable working in various conditions, including extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and exposure to dust, fumes, and machinery. Who You Are • You have at least 2+ years of residential HVAC experience. • EPA Certified (Type II or Universal). • Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (Texas Only) • Customer-focused and professional in appearance, communication, and punctuality. • Able to lift 50+ lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle fluctuating temperatures. • A safe driver with a valid license and clean record. • Ready to grow your skills through ongoing technical training and teamwork.
