Our HVAC Service Technicians are the backbone of our operation, ensuring our restaurants run smoothly. Whether it's troubleshooting HVAC systems and boilers, conducting routine maintenance on kitchen appliances like ovens and fryers, or addressing issues with laundry machines and dishwashers, you'll be a hands-on problem solver. You can expect daily travel, in your own company-provided vehicle, to our different restaurants and warehouses. HVAC Service Technician Pay and Benefits: • Up to $35 per hour, based on experience • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, & 401k benefits • Company provided vehicle and specialized tools • Pappas Restaurants dining benefits • Steady, year-round employment and continuous training HVAC Service Technician Qualifications: • CFC Certification Type II or better • 3 Years HVAC/Refrigeration experience • Must have quality tool set to perform daily work functions • Must enjoy working in a team environment while also taking independent initiative • Must be available for rotating on call/weekend shifts • Knowledge of kitchen equipment a plus Physical requirements: Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors; be able to lift up to 40 pounds, crawl, stoop, climb ladders and work in a variety of physical conditions.
