We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team.Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a residential HVAC Service technician. Job Description: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing and installing HVAC Equipment for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include: β€’ Conducting diagnostic tests and inspections to identify HVAC system issues. β€’ Performing repairs and adjustments on various HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigerated units. β€’ Installing new HVAC equipment including ductwork, thermostats, compressors, and motors. β€’ Providing excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repairs or installations in a clear and professional manner. β€’ Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and timely completion of projects. Requirements: β€’ Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a residential HVAC Service technician β€’ Sales experience is a MUST β€’ Local Candidates only β€’ Expertise in evaluating, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems and β€’ Ability to evaluate IAQ(indoor air quality) β€’ Perform routine maintenance calls such as cleaning coils, electrical checks, airflow measurements, refrigerant checks, and warranty work of HVAC systems. β€’ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults of HVAC systems. β€’ Perform appropriate HVAC system repairs, including heat pumps, furnaces, and water sources heating β€’ Recharge refrigerant levels, check for leaks, and ensure the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. β€’ Perform energy-efficiency upgrades like installing smart thermostats or sealing ducts. β€’ Strong knowledge of HVAC codes regulations and safety guidelines. β€’ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as a part of a team. β€’ Outstanding customer service and communication skills. β€’ Valid Nevada driver license and clean driving record. β€’ EPA certified - Type II or Universal β€’ OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health (Nevada) Benefits: β€’ Competitive salary commensurate with experience. β€’ Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans. β€’ Retirement savings plan with contribution match. β€’ Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. β€’ Company provided van, tools, equipment and uniforms. β€’ Supportive and collaborative work environment.
