What You’ll Do: • Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, AC, ductwork) • Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics • Install new HVAC systems and components • Deliver top-notch customer service and clear communication • Use ServiceTitan to document work and manage jobs (experience preferred) Pay & Incentives: • Commission-based pay: On-Target Earnings (OTE) $80,000–$120,000+ • W2 position with stable workload and performance incentives Schedule & Location: • Full-time | M–F, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM • On-call nights/weekends on a rotation • Based in Lewisville, TX – Local routes only Requirements: • Valid Texas HVAC license (Tradesman or higher) • 2+ years in residential HVAC service and repair • Clean driving record and valid driver's license • Able to pass background check Benefits: • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays • 401(k) with company match • Company truck, gas card, phone, and tablet provided Next Steps: Ready to join a company that prioritizes your career and well-being?
