HVAC Service Technician / Tempe AZ

Commercial HVAC Service Technician at Sunstate Mechanical Services Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm (Some Saturdays dependent on job site) Hourly Rate:$30-40 (DOE) Location: Office Location is 2507 W. Erie Dr., Suite 103 Tempe, AZ 85282.This job does require travelling across the greater Phoenix Area (sites will vary based on the job) Requirements: • You must be 18 years old. • You must be eligible to work in the U.S • You must be able to pass a drug test. • You must be able to pass a motor vehicle history check. • For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. • You must have your own tool kit. • A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required. • Able to lift up to 50lbs. Job Duties: As you might expect, HVAC Service is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be: • Troubleshooting for rooftop units, Humidifiers, packaged Air Conditioners, Refrigerated Air Dryers, and control systems. • Working with Chillers, Cooling Towers, Hot Water/Steam Boilers, Condensers/Chilled Water Pumps and Exhaust Fans regularly. • Variable Frequency Drives, Computer Room AC Equipment, Air Handling/Fan Coil Units and Air Compressors will also be a big part of your workload. • Commercial Service and repair • Responsible for teaching apprentices • Additional duties as required Why Join the Marsden Family?
