What You Bring to the Team: • Education:High school diploma or GED + HVAC training program or apprenticeship. • Experience:2+ years as a hands-on HVAC technician. • Licenses:Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license. • Skills:Sharp troubleshooting skills, strong mechanical know-how, great attention to detail, and top-notch communication. • Physical Readiness:Able to work in tight spaces, at heights, and in a variety of environments.
