Position Overview: We’re seeking aService Technicianto join our growing team at Texas Comfort Air. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of HVAC experience who is ready to provide excellent service to our clients, perform routine maintenance, and assist with equipment installations. Service Technician Responsibilities: • Respond to customer service requests and perform repairs or installations on HVAC systems. • Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC system performance or failure. • Install new HVAC equipment and components as needed. • Participate in on-call rotations every 2-4 weeks (frequency varies based on location). • Utilize ServiceTitan software to manage service requests, capture client signatures, and close out tickets. • Communicate with the Service Dispatcher to provide updates on job status and scheduling. • Maintain vehicle inventory, cleanliness, and ensure regular vehicle maintenance. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with industry trends and best practices. Service Technician Qualifications: • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and climb ladders as needed. • 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience. • Light commercial experience is preferred. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and driver’s license check. • EPA Universal Certification required. • Must be proficient in ServiceTitan software.
