Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform regular inspections and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and address potential issues.
• Install HVAC equipment to the highest quality standards, following safety protocols, company guidelines, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with air conditioning units, boilers, and other HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and clearly explain the problems to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service while communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other company personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and system conditions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology, including HVAC codes and standards.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance in all work settings.
• Travel to job sites as scheduled.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• At least 1 year of experience installing HVAC systems.- Installer Technician position .
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair and equipment repair.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems, boilers, and other HVAC/R equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• HVAC certifications or licenses are preferred but not required.
Licence/Certifications:
• Valid driver license withclean driving recordand reliable source of transportation.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification a plus but not required.
• Must provide own hand tools.
