HVAC piping mechanics, Service mechanics, Control wiring mechanics for Manhattan-based HVAC company. Good pay and benefits. Responsibilities: -Conduct inspections and diagnose issues with residential HVAC systems. -Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems -Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems -Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring -Perform regular preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems -Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on heating and cooling equipment. Skills: -Proficiency in HVAC systems including air conditioning and refrigeration -Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively -Knowledge of welding and plumbing for system installations -Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues efficiently -Ability to operate as a van driver for service calls -Test HVAC systems using specialized tools -Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques. -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. -Exceptional customer service and communication skills. -Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns in a professional manner -Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our customers by delivering high-quality service Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour Benefits: • Company truck • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • On call • Overtime • Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: • New York, NY (Required) Work Location: In person
