HVAC Technician (10 years exp required)

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities: - Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems - Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems - Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters - Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning - Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times - Keep accurate records of work performed Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Experience as an HVAC Service Technician preferred - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Skills: - Plumbing skills for connecting HVAC systems to water lines - Knowledge of refrigeration principles for working with cooling systems - Van driving skills for transportation of equipment and tools - Ability to build and install HVAC systems according to specifications - Boiler repair knowledge for maintaining heating systems - Equipment repair skills for fixing malfunctioning components - Appliance repair abilities for servicing various HVAC appliances - Must have 10 years experience If you meet the requirements above and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding career as an HVAC Technician, we would love to hear from you.
