As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented team, and grow both personally and professionally. **Responsibilities:** - Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to rooftop units, split systems, and chillers,. - Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and identify potential issues to ensure system efficiency and reliability. - Diagnose HVAC equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. - Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on job sites. - Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on job progress and addressing any concerns or questions. - Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory usage.
