HVAC Technician

Conduct preventative maintenance and data analyses to ensure optimal equipment function and offers appropriate recommendations. You will have a deep understanding of control and operational sequences for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Being well-organized, they maintain precise service and maintenance records and effectively communicate to discern requirements. What's in it for you: • Up to $44.23 per hour. • Work across the 5 boroughs. • PTO, Sick Leave. • Company car. • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance. • Disability and Life Insurance. • Employee Assistance Program • Work for one of the biggest mechanical companies in the US. • Company university.What do you do: • Complete HVACR preventive maintenance in accordance with established standards. • Troubleshoot, Analyze and repair HVACR malfunctions in accordance with EPA established standards. • Follow maintenance schedule to complete accurate and timely equipment maintenance and operating logs. • Complete documentation, including but not limited to, timesheets, expense reports, service reports and purchase card logs. • Conduct general tasks including, but not limited to, safety training, group meetings and maintaining tools and vehicle (if applicable).What do you need: • 5 - 10 years HVAC experience working on commercial or industrial HVAC equipment /systems. • EPA universal refrigeration license. • OSHA 30. • FDNY Fire Watch and Burning Permits (F60). • Journeyman-level license • Clean Drivers License. • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you're as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay andAPPLY NOW!
