HVAC Technician-Experience Required, HVAC Certification Required As an HVAC Technician for a multifamily apartment community, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal comfort for residents. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and facilities maintenance skills to troubleshoot issues and perform routine inspections. Your expertise in Repairs and New installs of HVAC systems and electrical systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, your customer service skills will be vital in fostering positive relationships with residents while ensuring their HVAC needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in multifamily apartment communities to ensure optimal performance. • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and inquiries promptly. • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and functional living environment. • Document maintenance activities and assist in supervising junior technicians as needed.
