HVAC Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC/R systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can troubleshoot issues effectively and provide excellent service to our clients. The HVAC Technician will work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure efficient operation. • Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment. • Install new HVAC systems and components according to schematics and manufacturer specifications. • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. • Lead small teams during installation or repair projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed. • Keep accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology. Qualifications • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the service technician field. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics. • Familiarity with air conditioning systems, refrigeration processes, and appliance repair techniques. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. • Leadership skills to guide junior technicians or apprentices when necessary. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
