HVAC Technician with Experience

Why you’ll like working here • Top pay for top talent: competitive base + commission • Vehicle, fuel card, and some tools provided • No upsell quotas — we value accuracy and trust • Paid training and certifications • Company tablet and phone • Health, dental and vision What you’ll do • Diagnose and repair complex HVAC issues (residential/light commercial) • Validate warranty coverage and complete accurate claim documentation • Work with parts, tech support, and manufacturer reps to resolve cases quickly • Mentor teammates on best-practice diagnostics and verification (superheat/subcool, airflow, combustion analysis) • Keep a clean, safe, organized work area and follow all safety protocols What you’ll bring • 5–10+ years as an HVAC service technician with strong diagnostics/warranty experience • Expert troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical systems, controls, variable-speed/inverter systems, heat pumps, gas heat, and IAQ • Clear, thorough documentation and communication skills • Comfortable working independently and collaborating as needed • EPA required; NATE or manufacturer certifications preferred • Valid driver’s license with a clean record Schedule and territory • Typical hours: will be discussed during interview • On-call: some weekends expected (with proper rotation) • Service area: Las Vegas and Henderson Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Benefits: • Company truck • Fuel card • Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
