Senior Refrigeration P.E. (Halocarbon – Ammonia)
RWC, a Smart Care company, is actively seeking applications for our critical role of Senior Refrigeration Professional Engineer (P.E.), specializing in Halocarbon and Ammonia systems. This key position demands a deep expertise in system safety design, underfloor warming systems, cold storage solutions, and process refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate heat loads and accurately select refrigeration equipment.
• Design and layout refrigeration systems, including detailed piping and control schematics.
• Draft comprehensive system diagrams and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Provide expert guidance and consultation on refrigeration system safety and performance optimization.
• Train team members and clients on the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification strongly preferred, or actively pursuing certification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in halocarbon/ammonia refrigeration system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proven proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit.
• Comprehensive understanding of refrigeration piping design.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment and engage professionally with customers.
• Demonstrated capability in delivering clear, effective training and presentations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
