Hybrid Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant, Investments Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. In this role, you'll lead financial analysis, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and support performance tracking. You'll work closely with the Controller, using your expertise to manage complex accounting tasks with minimal supervision. What You'll Do: • Consolidate property-level financials and prepare investment-level statements • GAAP adjustments • Manage debt, taxes, insurance, and accruals • Support audits, valuations, and tax prep • Oversee acquisition accounting and cash management • Prepare lender reporting and monitor loan covenants What You Bring: • Bachelor's in Accounting or related field • Real Estate or Investment Management experience • Yardi experience preferred; Excel/Word proficiency required • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Why this company? • A leader in the industry • Strong collaboration • Opportunities to learn • Hybrid after training This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a highly respected, growing company.
