Hydration Sales Associate

Our company helps businesses stay refreshed with Primo water services. As a company we are focused on keeping businesses and customers hydrated with our new services that offer various hydration solutions, which include water bottle delivery, refill services and filtration systems. We understand the importance of sustainability and we want to leave a clean footprint in the world. The Hydration Sales Associate will be responsible for working with businesses to understand their service needs. Whether they are looking to provide their business with clear, filtered water, keep employees hydrated for a better focus, or to keep the business flowing, our Hydration Sales Associate are here to support. The Hydration Sales Associate will be able to enroll businesses and customers in water bottle delivery services, we make it easy for them! No need to pick up orders, we make it convenient and easily accessible. The Hydration Sales Associate will also support sales efforts, increase customer acquisitions and make the work place a more sustainable place to be. Hydration Sales Associate Responsibilities: • Connect with businesses to introduce them to water services that could be a game changer in their business and their sustainability footprint • Understand what makes our services cleaner, the gallons available and the different filtration systems available to be able to enroll customers in continued delivery • Enroll customers in services that are accurate to their needs and business employee count • Serve as a point of contact for businesses and customers who enrolled in hydration services in case they need their monthly delivery sooner or have any questions • Provide customer feedback to management and work closely with the team to identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements • Stay up to date on any upgrades which may include coffee and tea adds on for additional hydration experiences Hydration Sales AssociateQualifications: • Experience in a customer service, sales, retail, or similar environment • Interest in working with businesses and creating a sustainable system • Highly detail oriented with the ability to multitask and problem solve • Comfortable working with customers and engaging in conversation • Exhibits a proactive mindset combined with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service • Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,716.33 - $4,500.00 per month Work Location: On the road
