We are seeking a proven Hyper Automation Lead/Solutions Architect with strong systems, software, and Agile DevSecOps experience to join our team in the National Capital Region in support of a federal customer, executing government requirements and driving enterprise process automation capabilities.

The ideal Hyper Automation Lead/Solutions Architect candidate will be part of a team to provide consultative, architectural, program and engineering support to the customer. This is a client facing position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities, leveraging UiPath, from process assessment, to building bots, and supporting in Production.
  • Serve as a Technical Lead for all things RPA / UiPath.
  • Create technical and non-technical artifacts around best practices, procedures, and processes around usage of RPA and HyperAutomation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to deliver through agile practices in a microservices approach using a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipeline and Open-Source tools.
  • Responsible for briefing the benefits and constraints of technology solutions to technology partners, customers, stakeholders, team members, and senior levels of management.
  • Support strategic growth efforts.

Work Experience:

  • Shall have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on Hyper Automation technologies and tools (UiPath preferred), Engineering projects, DevSecOps and technical architecture specifically.
  • Shall possess strong architecture & design experience, including at least 3 years of experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS.
  • Shall have experience in large-scale, high-performance enterprise application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering is required.

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:

  • UiPath Certified Architect is required.
  • AWS certifications are desired.

Communication Skills:

  • Attention to detail, creativity and excellent writing skills are required.
  • Solid ability to interface, inspire and motivate at various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.

Travel:

  • Hybrid - Remote and in-office work environment.

Environmental Requirements:

  • Mainly sedentary; in an office environment.
  • May be required to lift up to ten (10) pounds.
  • Flexible in working extended hours.
