I & C Project Coordinator

Job Title: I & C Project Coordinator Location: Bellevue, Washington Compensation: $53 - $70 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite Benefits: Paid PTO-Holidays and Medical insurance stipend System One Inc.is seeking aProject Coordinator to support activities related to the Natrium Demonstration Project. This role involves planning, execution, and closure of project tasks and will report directly to the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will collaborate across all areas of the Natrium Demonstration Project and internal System One organizations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services. Responsibilities Facilitate project cost, schedule, and scope execution using project management best practices. Assist teams in achieving deliverables within budget while meeting scope and technical performance requirements. Support planning processes for work scope within control accounts, including resource and staffing plans. Monitor and analyze cost and schedule variances using earned value (EV) data; develop corrective actions and recovery plans as needed. Collaborate with the Contract Administrator to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Maintain project records in accordance with corporate procedures. Manage the project risk register and implement actions to mitigate risks. Ensure alignment with Project Management Office (PMO) standards and requirements. Key Qualifications and Skills • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management or Project Delivery. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience working with multidisciplinary and matrixed teams. • Strong proficiency in project planning and execution. • Working knowledge of project scheduling, budget control, and EVMS tools. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project. • Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA) is a plus. • Familiarity with Primavera P6 is advantageous. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Technical acumen with the ability to understand complex concepts. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • High integrity, open communication, and a collaborative mindset.
