JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for assessing and advising the risk associated with factoring, financing,

lending. Will ensure the proper mix of business revenue generated through approved

applications and mitigated loss rate through accurate risk assessments while generating an

excellent customer and teammate experience related to approvals and review. Also

responsible for generating new processes and reporting to improve the risk and approvals

profile for the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Responsible for assessing risk related to factoring, financing, loans and credit

applications.• Partner with BIDS and other key team members to build and adjust risk assessment

algorithms and models.• Review and approve or deny requests for Invoice Accelerations based on approval

decision paths you design and implement.• Provide reporting of approval rates, loss rates and DSO for analysis• Identify, design and execute cost efficient solutions to automate processes. • Provide forecasting of losses based on risk assessments of current outstanding pipeline. • Keep current on industry practices applicable to our business, including emerging factoring and financing laws and regulations. • Drive innovation in processes and reporting to improve Risk assessments, approvals, risk profile and loss rates for the business using reporting tools like PowerBI, SQL, etc.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills• 2+ years of risk, compliance, underwriting and/or regulatory procedure, process

and operational experience in payments, financial services or banking.• Working knowledge of money transmitter/money service business regulations in

the US• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.• Strong analytical, presentation and writing skills.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills• Experience working with a FinTech or licensed money transmitter.• State licensing reporting and maintenance experience.• Enterprise or operational risk management skills a plus.• Applicable professional certification (e.g., CAMS, etc.)
