Job Description
IAM - Project Management
β’ Expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies, and strong experience/understanding of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe)
β’ Collaborates with product & engineering teams
β’ Enforces the agile process workflow and holds individual team members accountable for responsibilities and commitments
β’ Anticipates challenges, identifies risks, and recommends mitigations and solutions.
β’ Encourages and coach teams to be self-accountable and self-empowered
β’ Develops strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development Leads to transform Business objectives into execution strategy Expert-level knowledge on the impact of metrics such as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity.
β’ Reports the status on metrics and any risks as part of governance process
β’ Impeccable communication and time management skills, and expertise in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidateβs pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
