Responsible for leading the design and development of user-centric intuitive and high-performing Workflows for IBM Concert. Drive Workflows Development efforts using various workflows blocks customised python ansible scripts and champion innovation in Concert Workflows practices across the Concert product organization.
- Development of modern scalable and accessible Workflows with a focus on performance and usability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers Designers and Engineers to translate business requirements into E2E performance efficient Workflows.
- Drive the adoption of coding best practices including accessibility globalization performance optimization and design consistency.
- Mentor and coach junior developers providing technical leadership and guidance on Workflows Development ensuring adherence to IBM’s design standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (QA DevOps Design Systems etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of features with high quality.
- Participate in code reviews architecture discussions and continuous improvements of the development lifecycle.

- Deep understanding of React Hooks and functional component patterns.
- Basic understanding of the DevOps tools.
- Proficiency in working with MySQL/Postgres DB.
- Proficiency in working with SSH SSM connectivity and HTTP block creation.
- Strong grasp of web storage mechanisms (cookies local storage session storage).
- Hands-on experience with Git debugging tools and modern development environments (e.g. VS Code).
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization patterns in Workflows.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles code security and performance optimization.
- Brings a solid background in Automation and AI technologies .
