セキュリティー・オペレーション・センター業務において必要な契約および運用に関するシステム対応業務・プロセス業務を行なって頂きます。
- 運用フローや各チームの役割を理解し、システム対応業務において適切なチームとのコミュニケーションを実施する
- サービス内容を理解し、各契約プロセス業務を適切に完了する
- 契約に関するプロセスとツールの使用方法を理解し、求められた期日までに指示されたプロセス業務を完了する
- 会社もしくは所属長が必要と判断した研修・会議に参加する
- 事務処理能力（決められた期日で対応）
