Ice Cream Kiosk & HoReCa Lead

Lead Kiosk & HoReCa is the most important person in the development of the scooping category, acting as the link between the Betty kiosk business and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) clients.

Main Responsibilities:

HoReCa

• Identifies clients in the HORECA channel to increase the addressability of Betty Ice scooping products.
• Identifies and partners with strategic HORECA clients in Romania.
• Collects data from the HORECA market to identify the best future product.

KIOSK BETTY ICE

• Manages and develops the network of Betty Ice kiosks and islands.
• Cultivates a constructive business relationship with partners operating the kiosk network. Through Betty Ice kiosks, interacts with the CONSUMER and ensures that their experience is successful, encouraging them to return.
