Offer creation & submission to customer
Technical Support & meeting , Presentation to customer with Sales, competition mapping
PO booking & IG PO releasing to plant
Tender Validation and compliance of technical specifications , Inquiry form to be sent to Plant (China and Mahape)
Monthly Planning of Sales, Billing & Collection activities and ensure its adherence.
Co-ordinating with all internal stakeholders and partners as required
Coordinate to arrange drawings from plant & submission to customer.
Inspection & Dispatch (Arranging Logistic teams) , PI invoice & arranging payment collection
