Short Description
Support the integration of IAM requirements relative to governing logical access control for person and non-person entities to networks, applications, and systems. Integrate methods to improve current operations, interoperability, and internal staff processes. Responsible for performing research, conduction analysis of alternatives, identifying gaps, and identifying use cases. Ensures adherence to and provides input on policies and procedures in the area of IAM; access provisioning, authentication, and authorization; Governance, and Compliance. Works closely with members of IT, HR, and Business teams in creating and automating efficient, consistent, and scalable processes. Responsible for protecting Cooper information by ensuring that only the appropriate people and processes has access to the right data at the right time. Frontline technical support to users. Creating and using standard operating procedures, FAQs, and job aids for new and existing applications. Document and maintain the teamβs workflow process. Process automation, coding, transform and scripting. Ability to use various tools such as visual code and PowerShell. Be able to provision users in Epic and Omnicell. In order for the analyst to perform this role the analyst must meet the requirements to complete required training and testing on Epic, Active Directory, SailPoint, iCooper and any other Cooper application or system used by the Identity & Access Management team to provision users within the provided timeframe in this job description.

Education Requirements
Bachelors in the field of It or equivalent working experience
Special Requirements
Required: Pass EPIC Security, Migration, and SailPoint training for the department 6 months from hireΒ
Required: Pass iCooper, Omnicell/Omnicenter/Medication training, Active Directory Training, ServiceNow and Intranet training during probationary period

Communication β Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers
Experience in one or more of the following: Single-Sign On, Identity Federation, Resource Provisioning, Logical Access Control Systems, or Enterprise Directory Architecture.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
