Your Role and Responsibilities

• The Identity Access Management Specialist (IAM) is responsible for manual user lifecycle management for in-scope systems using multi-tier request processing and fulfillment model management of in-scope RACF profiles and policies administration and ongoing enhancement of in-scope authentication services including technologies such as CyberArk Saviynt OKTA or others.
• IAM Specialists are also responsible for the administration of access roles and policies execution of re-certification campaigns and management of Privileged Access Management accounts.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• +3 years of IAM experience working with OKTA (Installation integration and deployment in multiple environments).
• OKTA Professional certification required.
• Experience troubleshooting OKTA integration issues performing Root Cause Analysis and providing fixes to complex issues.
• In-depth understanding of SAML OAuth and OpenID and extensive experience in integrations.
• Experience working with authentication services user lifecycle and policy management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in english.
• Knowledge in IT Security

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Comptia Security+ ISC(2) SSCP or equivalent.
• +2 years of experience perfoming App Integration and OKTA deployment in a new environments.
• +4 years of experience working with IAM technologies such as CyberArk Savyint Sailpoint or OKTA.
• OKTA Administrator or higher certification (OKTA Consultant/OKTA Developer).
