Who you are:

As an Identity Management Analyst II with Frost, you will implement and maintain identity processes and identity governance systems, approval workflows, and role-based access controls. You use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to present your findings and make recommendations to upper management. What you'll do:

• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for managing access to systems and data, including user onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews
• Evaluate identity access roles, entitlements, and descriptions for effectiveness and work with both business and technology partners to deliver on their needs
• Learn business workflows and technology capabilities to create business relevant identity access integrations
• Educate both business and technology partners on the organization's IAM policies and procedures
• Always act using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience in Identity Management and/or Information Security
• Experience with the least privilege security model using Role-Based Access Controls
• Experience in a regulated company on Identity Governance and Audit processes
• Experience with access role modeling and entitlement grouping
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration, AZURE, SailPoint
• Experience working with automated access provision processes and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT and business teams
• Ability to define the processes to manage the creation and validation of non-human accounts
• Ability to partner with lines of business managers to develop comprehensive access roles that will facilitate improved provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification processes
• Ability to provide effective oversight and challenge to privilege access requests
• Ability to automate the process for compliance reviews via system data extraction, automatically generating communication and account management processes
• Ability to reduce the manual processing of IGA activities: Access deviation reviews, elevated access analysis

Additional preferred skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Industry certifications: CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CompTIA are a plus
