Your role

Are you passionate about financial markets and delivering CIO's content to help clients meet their investment objectives? Are you creative, detail oriented, and passionate about changing and growing businesses?

We are looking for someone to use their vision and expertise to help us:

• run, enhance, and develop existing and new interfaces to deliver manager research related content to our Clients, Financial Advisors, and Asset Management partners (Publishing the CIO Playbook, maintaining the Advisor Workstation and overseeing Profile Process)
• assist in organizing and executing significant change initiatives designed to streamline the manager research process and enhance critical record keeping and reporting elements

• coordinate and enhance various aspects of the day-to-day research process with the Investment Manager analysts on the team and with our 3rd party research vendors
• coordinate and work closely with multiple internal global stakeholders such as program management (the advisory platforms), Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and ex-US research teams at UBS
• provide secondary support in other areas of team responsibilities pertaining to ETFs, Mutual Funds, CEFs, UITs, and special projects and initiatives

Your team

You will be a member of a truly Global Wealth Management organization. This role resides in the Investment Manager Analysis Group of the Chief Investment Office and Investment Solutions department (CIO & IS) for UBS Wealth Management Americas. Our mission is to provide UBS Financial Advisors independent and objective advice, guidance, and research in selecting separately managed accounts, mutual funds ETFs and UITs. We equip advisors with high conviction ideas and intellectual capital to support client conversations and investment

Your expertise

• advanced excel skills and proficient Microsoft office skills
• minimum of two or more years financial services experience
• excellent attention to detail, people and organizational skills, and a desire to execute new projects and initiatives
• ability to work closely with a team and handle a number of key initiatives
• Series 7 and 66 or ability to acquire within 60 days post start date
• adobe Publishing Software experience
• familiarity with the asset management industry
• familiarity with actively managed strategies
• methodical, concise, and accurate, with strong attention to detail
• able to offer new ideas, provide implementable solutions and see them through
• adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
