Position Summary:

Greenberg Traurig currently has an employment opportunity for an administrative role of Case Coordinator in the Immigration Practice Group. We are a highly collaborative group. Our attorneys, paralegals, and staff work closely together in a fast-paced environment to prepare a high volume of business immigration applications. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Updates information and upload documents into an immigration case management system

  • Assists attorneys or paralegals with case initiation

  • Maintains, updates and organizes client files, assist in drafting immigrant and non-immigrant visas

  • Updates and maintains reports assigned, monitors immigration expiration dates

  • Manages caseload, and processing and distributing of essential documents

  • Processes incoming and outgoing correspondences

  • Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Competencies:

  • High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively

  • Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasks

  • Candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative and uses good judgment, excellent follow-up skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation

  • Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic


Qualifications & Prior Experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree required

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience supporting multiple people

  • Prior immigration experience and/or law firm experience is desired

  • Customer service experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

  • Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
