The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to understand the products within the donor management portfolio deliver consulting on each of these products and clearly communicate the methodology and functionality that the products provide while delivering high quality services to our non-profit organizations. What You'll Be Doing:
ยท Building and maintaining customer relationships throughout consulting engagements
ยท Successfully leading and managing projects from inception to conclusion
ยท Helping design and implement Raiserโs Edge NXT with collaboration from customers through customer-facing meetings and sessions
ยท Providing expert advice and consultation on Raiser's Edge NXT to non-profit organizations
ยท Assisting with database quality testing and documentation
ยท Collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality services and support to clients
ยท Keeping up with fast-paced product releases and incorporating them into implementations to ensure customers are always using the latest features and functionalities
ยท Meeting required billable and on task utilization targets and customer satisfaction scores
ยท Maintaining internal systems for time tracking project management and documentation
Required Experience and Skills:
ยท Strong knowledge of non-profit organizations and their unique needs based on experience in a consultative or non-profit environment
ยท At least 2-3 years experience with strategic CRM or equivalent consulting Raiserโs Edge NXT preferred
ยท Proven ability to manage multiple projects meet utilization requirements and stay within budgets
ยท Experience with Microsoft Outlook Teams Excel Word and PowerPoint
ยท Strong problem-solving skills
ยท Comfortable and adept at public speaking
ยท Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and volunteers
ยท Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
ยท Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
ยท BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
ยท Ability to work US business hours (generally 9:00 AM EST โ 5:00 PM EST) and be customer-facing during these times
