Implementation Consultant

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant with a strong point-of-view, an appetite for helping us scale and the ability to make our implementations faster and more modern. You’ll be working with an Implementation partner-in-crime located in London to lead our implementation team methodology, tools and brand. Implementation is an essential differentiator for Worksome. The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned and operationally-minded implementor with a deep understanding of customer engagement principles, the ability to build relationships and experience in adopting modern tools that make the implementation process a higher quality due to efficiencies and transparency for all parties involved.

About the job

• Leading customer onboarding and implementation methodologies and tooling.
• Managing a combination of small and large-scale projects and ensuring successful customer deployments.
• Ensuring the customer understands their project scope, requirements, roles and responsibilities, workflows, and success criteria.
• Managing all aspects of delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, training, executive summaries and customer satisfaction.
• Properly documenting implementation related documents to ensure shared understanding, approvals and facilitate easy knowledge transfer.
• Creating well structured implementation deliverables and presenting to client steering level groups.
• Leading educational sessions and providing best practices.
• Collaborating with multiple internal and external teams to ensure implementations meet expectations and timelines.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of customer demands and Worksome commercials
• Lead platform training for customers.

About you

• At least 3-5 years of experience participating or leading an Implementation or Customer Success team within a fast-paced environment, startup, or SaaS organization.
• Proven track record of implementing and deploying SaaS technology customers successfully. 
• Working knowledge of human capital & talent; either employee or contingent workforce.
• Experience in talent technologies (HRIS, VMS, ATS, FMS, etc).
• Bringing tooling and implementation ideas to life by creating templates, new processes and engagement ideas for continuous improvement
• A learning mindset, people-first attitude, and strong sense of responsibility for your domain.
• A data-driven approach to developing, tracking and optimizing performance metrics.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with great follow-through on initiatives big and small.
• Highly effective communicator with good people instincts - able to build trust and work well with a diverse group inside and outside the company.
• Eager for a hands-on role, where you’ll be asked to take on and run with a range of initiatives outside your comfort zone and learn quickly.
• Lover of technology and curiosity.
