The Job

The Implementation Data Consultant is a data focussed role providing advanced BI analysis, integration subject matter expertise and data import/extract services. This role helps provide best practice guidance on API essentials, third party integration fundamentals and data manipulation for external data warehouse, data lake and analytical reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Create advanced customer BI reports using SQL

• Utilise API's to provide: 

  • Enhanced data import/export offerings.

  • Bulk product configuration services.

  • Attachment import services, especially in regards to customer migrations from legacy systems.

• Provide foundational knowledge and upskilling to the wider Implementation department.

• Leverage your understanding of APIs to support Implementation staff during customer onboarding and expansion initiatives.

• Design data transformation tools such as scripts and macros to improve data migration scalability.

• Design and build data extraction scripts to support customer’s use of external analytics and reporting solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to design SQL scripts and extracts

• Advanced data transformation skills

• Technical expertise utilising APIs

• Knowledge of integration principles and 3rd party ETL tools

• Google Apps scripts, Python, VBA or equivalent

• Familiarity with 3rd party reporting tools a plus (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
