We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to focus on our CollaborateMD product. In this role you will implement the CollaborateMD solution for our customers. Specific responsibilities will include providing training and consulting to our customers and helping them through our process in a timely manner. You will develop our customers’ skills to ensure they complete their implementation feeling confident and comfortable using our software for many years to come.Â

Responsibilities:Â

Host webinar training sessions joined by multiple customer stakeholdersÂ

Serve as your customer’s main point of contact for a 60-90-day periodÂ

Manage the overall implementation project to ensure on-time deliveryÂ

Provide consultancy to both new and existing customers on best practices in using our softwareÂ

Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emailsÂ

Identify and escalate priority issuesÂ

Manage 15-20 customer projects simultaneouslyÂ

Become a product specialist to others within the organization- this means not only being the customer’s trusted advisor on best product practices but also being your peers’ trusted advisor on the product as well!Â

Be a solution provider!: We deliver dynamic software to a dynamic customer base. Every customer has unique needs that we need to solve for, which regularly requires a high degree of creativity to string together solutions that meet our customers’ needsÂ

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:Â

An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Nursing or similar fieldÂ
-
Minimum 1 year of experience with ambulatory medical billing or coding- either on an RCM team, in a medical practice, or in a software implementation role.Â

Strong bedside-like manner: can patiently support others through a first-time experienceÂ
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ

Strong problem-solving skillsÂ

Impeccable time management skillsÂ

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.Â

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $50,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
