Job Summary We are a vertically integrated General Contracting firm with three core divisions: Multifamily & Hotel Renovations, Commercial & Industrial projects, and Luxury Single-Family Home Development. We are looking for a skilledAssemblerto join our team. The right candidate will have a solid background in construction and carpentry, with practical experience in assembly work. In this role, you’ll work with a variety of materials and tools to build and assemble components based on project specifications. As an Assembler, you’ll play an important part in maintaining quality standards and ensuring projects are completed efficiently. Duties • Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and machinery. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly. • Perform construction tasks including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation. • Conduct heavy lifting as needed for material handling and assembly tasks. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. • Assist in the preparation of materials for assembly including concrete forming, plastering, siding, and roofing. • Participate in restoration projects involving water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other related tasks. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site. Requirements • Proven experience in construction or manufacturing environments is preferred. • Strong skills in carpentry, woodworking, and the use of hand and power tools. • Familiarity with construction estimating and blueprint reading is highly desirable. • Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, tiling, flooring installation, and plumbing is a plus. • Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on your feet for extended periods. • Knowledge of electrical systems and metal stud framing is advantageous. • Previous experience in the restoration industry is beneficial but not mandatory. • A strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
