In-house Cleaner

Position:In-House Cleaner Type:Hourly, Full-Time, Non-Exempt Compensation:$20-$22/hr Benefits: • Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental) • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick) • Equity Shares (ESOP) Schedule:Monday–Friday (7:00am-3:30pm) and occasional weekends as needed Key Responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas of the facility. • Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. • Clean and restock restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. • Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated areas. • Wash windows, glass doors, and mirrors. • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. • Monitor cleaning supply levels and report when restocking is needed. • Assist with occasional deep cleaning projects. Qualifications: • Previous cleaning/janitorial experience preferred but not required. • Ability to work independently with attention to detail. • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks. • Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable transportation (preferred).
