We are seeking a talentedIn-House Graphic Designerto bring creative visions to life, with afocus on 3D renderingsand impactful client-facing pitch decks. We are seeking a Creative who is interested in contributing to the creative direction of the brand. Job Summary: As our In-House Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals and presentations that support event concepts, client proposals, and internal branding. This includes high-quality renderings of event layouts, signage, and scenic design, as well as polished pitch decks and visual assets. The ideal candidate is both creatively strong and technically proficient, with deep experience using the Adobe Creative Suite. Key Responsibilities: • Create detailed2D and 3D renderingsof event spaces, stage designs, signage, and installations. • Design client pitch decks that are visually engaging, brand-aligned, and persuasive. • Work closely with the sales, production, and creative teams to interpret event concepts into visual formats. • Design marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, and print collateral as needed. • Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for event presentations and themes. • Stay current with design trends and tools relevant to the events and experiential marketing industry. Requirements: • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the events, entertainment, or experiential marketing industries. • Proficient inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)-- or equivalent software. • Experience with3D rendering software(SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, or similar). • Strong portfolio showcasing design for events, pitch decks, and 3D renderings. • Excellent visual storytelling skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in or with the Las Vegas event scene. • Knowledge of event production elements including lighting, staging, and branding. • Video editing or motion graphics capabilities are a plus.
