In-House Marketing Director

Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising. • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness. • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product management and optimize marketing efforts. • Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI on all initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product launches with marketing strategies. • Lead performance marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversions through SEO, content marketing, and e-commerce strategies. • Create compelling copy for various platforms that resonates with target audiences. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to measure performance against KPIs. Requirements • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. • Proficiency in marketing automation software and analytics tools. • Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage resources effectively. • Experience in advertising, performance marketing, copywriting, e-commerce, SEO, content marketing, and product management is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
